A customer who found us thru Google was having her wedding in April and ordered approximately 60 large gingerbread men and women with a request for each of the guests names to be written on their stomachs (a great idea to use them as place settings), however the challenge that we had was some of them had to be gluten-free. Gingerbread Corner saw this as a great opportunity to expand and bring in a new range of cookies catered to those who are not able to have gluten and for those who preferred an alternative to gingerbread. Thus vanilla flavoured gluten-free cookies are now available at Gingerbread Corner. They will come in all the same designs as our gingerbread cookies but with slightly different pricing.
